Job Description :
Schedule Shipments and Deliveries
managing the loading of trucks, setting up delivery routes, and unloading of materials.
Understanding planning, shipping, warehouse management and inventory systems
Managing daily routes/schedules of shipments and deliveries
Tracking the progress of shipments
Knowing all aspects of dispatch operations
Develop and initiate monthly reports having required project timelines, corporate metrics and productivity measurements.
Negotiate and support logistics costs meant for 3rd party logistics providers assisting monthly budget goals.
Support simplification and standardization of processes to accelerate logistics and enhance efficiencies.
Ensure to process orders and on-time delivery by network of courier companies and warehouses.
Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement to top management.
Direct and review work plan for assigned workers
Lead training and career development and enrichment of all department associates.
Implement appropriate safety guidelines and investigate injuries or unsafe conditions
Assist audits of vendor invoices and month-end processing to incorporate finance accruals.
Head team to develop, articulate and maintain logistic process documentation.
Build Relationships with Transport Vendors
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, word
