Desired Candidate Profile
Should be BE/B.Tech Graduate in Mechanical.
Should have hands on experience in Pro/E, CREO.
Design experience in SPM/Fixture/Tool Designing/BIW/Simulation.
Good communication & Interpersonal Skills.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Should be responsible for Part 3D Modelling, Assembly Modelling, Surfacing, Fixture and SPM Design.
- Able to understand standard GD&T drawings.
- Drafting & detailing knowledge. BOM and 2D check, Vendor drawings check.
- Good experience in Pro/E, CREO.
- Good in Fixture/SPM/Tool Designing.

Job Description :
- Specifications and mechanical design of equipment used in a cement plant for producing cement clinker, including calculations and documentation
- Defining requirements for new design products together with the Specialist Team
- Technical assistance to colleagues worldwide, suppliers and plant sites on time.
- Work in close collaboration with the Product Specialist and Chief Engineer.
- Design and support state of the art plant equipment, prepare necessary documentation covering from risk assessments, drawings, specifications, instructions and design manuals.
- Design, and prepare necessary calculations on equipment as well as on machinery parts.
- Prepare/Update design manuals to be used in projects
- Make technical drawings and 3D design work using SolidWorks
- Apply design judgements using the knowledge of Fits, Tolerances, Finish, Manufacturing methods and workshop practices.
- Deliver the best possible quality also when deadlines turn tough, and it takes serious persistence to get to the goal.
