Engineering graduate
VEHICLE PACKAGING
Experience in DMU, Packaging & layout for automobile application. Sound knowledge of Vehicle Packaging in Passenger Car segment. Know-how Vehicle regulations. Excellent knowledge with hands on experience in NX Unigraphics.
PDM
PDM documentation, BOM management, quality tools usage, PLM awareness, change request management awareness, Smaragd, Dialog, EC, SRM, ACM
WIRING HARNESS
Good hands-on experience of UGNX 3D & 2D.
Hands on experience of CAD Data Management (Team center, etc.)
Working knowledge in 3D models and drawing creation in UGNX
3D modelling of wiring harness.
VEHICLE INTEGRATION
Experience in Vehicle integration & DMU packaging study
Candidates with good understanding on overall vehicle layout study, aggregate selection/packaging & performance prediction
New vehicle concept study, static/kinematics packaging study, DMU report creation
Creating concept 3D model based on change content
Vehicle 2D layout creation for homologation activity
Good hands-on Experience in handling DMU of Entire Vehicle in UG NX
Should be able to handle complex assemblies in UG NX & kinematics
