Job Description :
Check how the shop works to keep track of output and quality and look for places to improve both.
Develop training materials and operating procedures for production, keep them up to date, and share them with others.
Manage the workflow of employees who provide production services by setting priorities and assigning tasks.
Keep in contact with the people who run the industrial process.
Work with staff to solve problems and carry out disciplinary actions.
Create and keep up-to-date records of production metrics such as output, yield, plant availability, energy usage, etc (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records that cover a wide range of activities and processes.
Keep track of how much time and how much material has been spent.
Maintain strict adherence to all applicable safety standards and government rules regarding process operations.
