Mechanical Engineer Job Vacancy

Educational Qualifications: B.E & Diploma Mechanical Engineer

Role : Permanent

Salary Details  : As per the Company Standard

Job Description :     

Avoid the development of customer complaints (escalation), find the underlying reason, and take preventative action at the dealership. If a customer concern arises, it should be resolved as quickly as feasible.
Assure timely vehicle delivery from the dealership (Turn Around Time)
Implementation of M&M Service Guidelines, including Infrastructure, Tools, Equipment, Procedure at the appropriate Dealership, Manpower Availability & Training, Do routine audits to find GAPs and work with the dealer to close them.

To offer technical support for serious EV complaints whose resolution the Dealership challenges. The dealership has strengthened support for TARs.
to nominate candidates for various trainings given at the Training Center for establishing EV Competence, as well as to conduct OJTs (On the Job Training) about field failures & their troubleshooting in the relevant dealerships.
