Job Description :
· Responsible for India Product Quality Analysis for Mi TV & Accessories
· Review the Product Quality parameters and provide input as per the Country guidelines
· Review the HW spec and understand the product to provide input.
· Good hands-on Knowledge and understanding of TV SW & HW testing
· Bridge the Voice of Consumer (VOC) to RnD Functions
· Improvement of customer satisfaction, productivity responsibility
· Analysing and making decisions on prioritizes, releases, milestones
· Solves critical technical questions/problems across a broad environment
