EDUCATION: Electrician /Diploma (Mechanical /Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering)
EXPERIENCE: Min. 5 – 7 years in the field of Automation, panel building , Engineering

• Should poses knowledge and understanding of ECAD, EPLAN and other electrical
• Have full knowledge about Electrical product assembly drawing, standards and
• Need to read and understand Electrical drawings, BOM, LLI on assembly the AGV (by
assembling parts and subassemblies) with using respective electrical components

• Should possess hands-on experience with wiring , Ferrule , MCCB, MPCB and Assembly

• Should possess knowledge of different types of panels and tools required for the
electrical assembly….etc.
• Knowledge in cable routing and harness in the AGV and other MMHS related system


  1. Responsible for in-house electrical assembly of AGV and other MMHS related system.
  2. Responsible for checking the Sew Components, 3rd party electrical components received
    by the vendor with respect electrical BOM given by the MMHS – Dept.
  3. Meeting daily set and agreed output from assembly plan as per the Electrical assembly
  4. To follow standard assembly procedures & techniques, and have assembly specific
    Process knowledge.
  5. Communication for shortages – stock outs.
  6. Responsible for up keeping workstation tools & components in house assembly area.
  7. Responsible of assembly trouble shooting and rectification of electrical problem in the
    AGV at in-house and at customer place. (All over India).
  8. Communication for daily output and pending jobs.
  9. To know safety requirement while working, Should able to guide new technicians.
  10. Information about damaged components – tools.
  11. To transfer knowledge or skills to new technicians.
  12. Maintaining good housekeeping standards.
  13. Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
  14. Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time

  1. Service visit to customer site for commissioning of inverters.
  2. On line (Thro. Telephonic conversation) service support to customers / branch engineers on service /
    Commissioning of electronics.
  3. Onsite service of SEW’s electronics products and resolving the complete problem in time.
  4. Maintaining Service documentation for all Service conducted.
  5. First line of contact for Germany on information related to application & technical support of electronics
    products – (Jointly Manager D&A).
  6. Application engineering – Developing new application’s for complete drive management-(jointly Manager
  7. Assisting the repair department on Critical issue/ crisis situation.
  8. Technical support for switching cabinets through local vendors according to the customer requirement.
  9. Maintain the Service center and all the required tools, tackles, equipment in good working condition and
    timely maintenance/ calibration of the same.
  10. Training on & off the customer site and SEW employees on service and application development.
  11. Maintenance of Quality Manual System
  12. Planning & execution of Electronics Service Job on site depending upon Priority – (Jointly Manager D&A).
