Job Description :
1 Co-Ordinate the Production, Deflashing, Tool Room and Internal Quality Team to Update Customer Complaints for NPD parts If Customer Complaint comes Raise the Quality Alert and Display at Respective areas.
2 Initiate the 8D Report and take Containment Action.
3 Updating of Checklist with Customer complaint 4 Do Process Audit as per Plan.
If NC found Raise NC and Hand over to concern department.
Take the Corrective Action and Verify the Corrective Action and Close once it is Proved.
5 Do Product Audit as per plan. 6 Review of PPAP documents 7 Trial Process Validation & Co-Ordination including secondary processes (Inhouse and outsource).
8 Review of the Rejection data of Incoming, Inprocess, Final & Cusomer end for NPD parts 9 Do the Supplier Audit as per Plan.
15 Monitoring of Safe Launch activities for rejections, Cpk, Layout & Process audits 16 Conduct System audits as per Plan
17 Gauge requirement and follow up and handing over to Online Quality
18 Mainaiting of NC register and actions with evidence documents
19 Validating of any Pokayoke for NPD parts
20 Validating of Fixtures for NPD parts
21 Validating of Supplier processes during NPD
22 Verifying of Supplierv PPAP documents as per Customer requirements
23 Ensuring trial reports and related documents at supplier end & inhouse
