The Role
This role is expected to help static and to some extent rotating equipment engineers in implementing the standard maintenance strategies for inspection and fabric maintenance of various equipment uniformly in various operating units across the globe.
Provision, as subject matter expert (SME), for Technical Support that enables the operating units, Sites to leverage the benefits of utilizing the Engineering Services-with respect to Mechanical, Materials, Inspection, Fabric Condition Study, and Maintenance strategy to the fullest extent.
Leadership in ASSET INTEGRITY/FM efforts to Standardize maintenance strategies, tools, benchmarks, standards and best practices.
May also be assigned to lead a team of TAO engineers in assigned Sites, OUs or Project Team with 2 to 15 members.
The role covers relationship management with several Upstream, downstream and Integrated Ga OUs.
