Roles & Responsibilities :
- Answering telephone calls, emails messages for pre – booking sales for EV product
- Provide WOW experience to the customers who come along
- Must know how to generate Feedback work on the feedbacks to satisfy the customer
- Generate reviews/identify problems fix the problems
- Must be friendly and be customer-centric.
- Strong communication skills, must know English and Hindi accompanied with excellent listening skills and patience to have smooth interactions with customers on call.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills are a must.
