Job Description :
- CAD Design Engineer: Prepare 3D model of component , system, sub-system and vehicle level and good knowledge of vehicle system i.e. BIW / chassis/Suspension/Electrical/Power train.
- CAE Engineer: Expertise in Altair Hypermesh, Optistruct, and LS Dyna to perform implicit and explicit type of Analysis, Product knowledge with understanding of functioning, application is desirable
- BIW/Trims Designer: This role needs a dynamic candidate who will bring his expertise to design 2W/4W Frame/BIW part Design. Experience in Frame/Chassis Design for the 4W segment, EV experience preferred.
- CFD Engineer: Utilize the analytical skill set and simulation tools to analyze the fluid flow systems and recommendations for design improvements at different stages of product development process. Conduct model checks and/or create parametric models with available CAD packages (Uni-Graphics (NX) and/or Pro-e) and perform the sensitivity studies within the simulation and design space.
- MBD Engineer: Should be familiar with vehicle modelling in Altair Motion View / Motion Solve, includes springs, flex bodies and rigid bodies and nCode flow generation for test data analysis.
- Dimensional Engineer/GD&T: Sound knowledge & application experience of GD&T – Define datum targets, apply GD&T callouts to BIW, Exterior and Interior, Power train components, assign tolerances.
