Assistant Manager – Paint Quality
Location : Pochampalli – TN
- n Shift – Act as a Single Point of Contact for Paint Quality
- Execute Shift Quality Plan, which includes inspection frequency of line inspection, Patrol inspection, Quality Audits, Process & Product.
- Drive Quality Improvements thru QRQC , coordinate with internal (Weld/ Assembly) & External suppliers ( SQA & Sourcing)
- Do root cause analysis on customer complaints, and identify the gaps in manufacturing process and implement the corrective actions with the relevant stake holder with minimal lead time
- Participate in the PDCA review on Customer Complaints / SPR issues and drive the actions with CFT team along with Horizontal Deployment opportunities
- Improve Quality through Sampling inspection and Process /Product audit
- Must have worked in high volume 2W or 4-wheeler plants.
- Must have worked in Plant Mfg Quality, especially in paint Shop
- Must be capable of handling paint process Quality out 10 years min.
- knowledge of plastic and metal paint both is must
- Preferred Graduation in PAINT TECHNOLOGY
Assistant Manager – Vehicle Assembly
Location : Bangalore
Responsible one shift Quality for Vehicle Assembly shop.
To ensure the line audit and sampling inspection done as per specified frequency, and resolve Quality issue along with Mfg.
Will be responsible for process , product audit and also for PDI in the shift
- In Shift – Act as a Single Point of Contact for Assembly Quality
- Execute Shift Quality Plan, which includes inspection frequency of line inspection, Patrol inspection, Quality Audits, Process & Product & PDI.
- Ensure the Straight Pass Ratio (SPR) of the vehicles assemblies are meeting targets and do improvements to reduce rework percentage
- Do root cause analysis on customer complaints, and identify the gaps in manufacturing process and implement the corrective actions with the relevant stake holder with minimal lead time
- Participate in the PDCA review on Customer Complaints / SPR issues and drive the actions with CFT team along with Horizontal Deployment opportunities
