Qualification & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mechanical/chemical engineering, or a related discipline, plus at least 4-5 years of related experience
Excellent process knowledge of the valve manufacturing process
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, as well as the ability to effectively use departmental technology and systems, is required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Prior experience working in Oracle will be advantageous.
Roles & Responsibility :
Review incoming orders in accordance with established procedures.
Examine the specifications, delivery documents, and factory notes to ensure that the product selection is correct in terms of available construction.
Check that the options you’ve chosen are compatible with the product model you’ve chosen.
In accordance with Oracle guidelines, ensure that special instructions in the order and/or attachments are captured in the bill of material.
Submit product engineering and/or new part number requests.
Create product structures to meet unique construction requirements.
Send a request to the product engineering team for new design specifications. Check in with the product engineering team to ensure that inputs are received on time.
Work with the application engineering team to resolve/clarify issues with customer orders.
