Job Description :
To lead operational Site Planning team(s) on a daily basis in all facets.
· To create an optimal design for a hospital department or room and to create a complete technical specification for that hospital room. These are created to support optimal installation, usage and maintenance of the medical equipment. Projects concern the single modality of the planner’s expertise.
· To produces these deliverables to the agreed timelines and the agreed quality standards.
· To perform various forms of site planning technical support, including answering questions from the field relative to drawings, site planning specifications, site research or product research.
· To coach less experienced colleagues to raise their knowledge level and to guarantee the quality of these projects.
· To develop, deploy, manage and/or improve site planning processes, standards, tools and infrastructures
· To introduce New Product Introductions into the team to assure up to date and correct site planning.

JOB OVERVIEW:
Performs, as Site Planning & Drawing Officer, assignments that require consultation of specialists to get a clear view on WHAT has to be delivered and that require analysis of the available data in order to decide HOW to best carry out the assignment.
· Identifies key issues and patterns from partial conflicting data.
· Finds solutions on the basis of theoretical insights and experience for deviating situations.
· Works autonomously within established procedures and practices.
· Drafts limited improvement projects within a unit and introduces new supporting process activities.
Dimensions related to Know-How, Complexity, and Accountability:
Has a specialized level of skill to perform analysis as part of assigned tasks.
· Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.
· Specialized theoretical knowledge of generic products/services and the surrounding organization to contribute to optimization of processes.
· The tasks to be performed are such that they cannot be made without advance consultation of specialists.
Identifies key issues and patterns from partial conflicting data.
· Takes a perspective to problems and spots less obvious solutions.
· Duration of assignment is typically a few months.
· Finds solutions on the basis of theoretical insight and experience for deviating situations.
· Identifies the problem and some relevant issues in deviating situations, analyses each, using standard procedures, and co-decides. Own interpretation regarding assignments, based on own calculations and coordinates implementation of changes.
· Works autonomously within established procedures and practices.
· Typically acts as a lead, coordinating the work of others, but is not a supervisor.
· Has adequate freedom to act to determine HOW to solve occurring issues.
· Sets priorities for own work and co-workers.
