Livia Polymer’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility houses 40 specialised Single-Stage manufacturing ISBM machines supplied by M/s. NISSEI ASB, JAPAN, a world-leader in designing and supplying ISBM machines of varying capacities and applications.
Livia’s products – bottles, jars and containers in a wide range of sizes from 60ml to 8000ml, in different shapes and combination of neck sizes – are manufactured from highly qualitative, virgin PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) and PP (Polypropylene) raw material making them advanced and experienced PET jar manufacturers in India.

Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
Maintain and conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant. Monitor and control property temperature.
Monitor and analyze energy and utilities usage. Calibrate all controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment. Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems or electronic wiring. Assemble, install, and maintain pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, etc. Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.

- Revise Illustrated Parts Catalog to reflect parts interchangeability, Pre/Post configuration service bulletin changes.
- Follows IPC procedures, publication standards and government/customer specifications for authoring.
- Communicates ISO processes to company, customer, ISO auditors and representatives.
- Performs mark-up creation as inputs for illustrations.
