Field Engineers in PGCIL will be paid monthly remuneration in the pay band of Rs 30,000-3%-1,20,000/- with initial basic pay of Rs 30,000/- + Industrial DA + HRA + perks.
Perks @ maximum 35 % of basic pay (Shall be paid to Field Engineers as Variable Pay, subject to performance criteria defined by Management).
On successful completion of every year of engagement, the Field Engineers in PGCIL will be eligible for annual increment at the rate of 3% during subsequent year of engagement. The increment will be given from the first day of month subsequent to the month in which you complete the year.
Field Engineer (Electrical)
Full time B.E/B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg.) in Electrical / Electrical (Power) / Electrical and Electronics / Power Systems Engineering / Power Engineering (Electrical) with minimum 55% marks for General/OBC(NCL)/EWS and pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
AND
Should have one-year post qualification experience of design/ engineering/ construction/ testing & commissioning/ O&M in Rural Electrification (RE)/ Distribution Management System (DMS)/ Sub Transmission (ST)/ Transmission Lines (TLs)/ Sub-stations (S/S)
Field Engineer (Electronics & Communication)
Full time B.E/B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg.) in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Electronics & Electrical Communication/ Telecommunication Engineering with minimum 55% marks for General/ OBC(NCL)/EWS and pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
AND
Should have one-year post qualification experience of design/ engineering/ construction/ testing & commissioning/ operation & maintenance of Tele Communication System.
Field Engineer (IT)
Full time B.E/B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg.) in Computer Science/ Computer Engg./ Information Technology with minimum 55% marks for General/OBC(NCL)/EWS and pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
AND
Should have one-year post qualification experience of design/ engineering/ construction/ testing & commissioning/ operation & maintenance of IT systems/ Networking
Application fee for PGCIL Field Engineer (Electrical/E&T/IT) is ₹ 400/-. SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-SM are exempted from payment of Application Fee.
