Job Description :
Should have the ability to do end to end production planning
· Must work closely with the Plant Head and help him in his day to-day production planning activities
· Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
· Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products at a time
· Must be good in MIS and able to anayse the deviations in production plan
· Must able to schedule the shifts according to the production needs and priorities
· Able to forecast, estimate and determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
· Prepare hourly production status and performance reports
· Address the issues in the shortest time possible with minimum disturbance and ensure production targets set is not affected to the great extend
· Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
· Coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products
· Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
· Obtain output information and report the same (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
· Must work closely with all the stake holders for uninterrupted production
