Job Description :
- Responsible for Ensuring availability of materials for the production line / Module with optimum cost.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Planning, scheduling and procuring the materials based on the production plan
- MRP run, Run QPS and Analyze shortage of materials.
- Maintaining and configuring Material Master, Vendor Master, and Source list, Info Record, Quota Arrangement.
- Generating purchase orders through SAP, when inventory levels reach reorder levels.
- Material follow up, to track material status and expedite on bottle neck situation.
- Monitoring and maintaining the GYR status of all Bottleneck and high value components
- Tracking shipment, Work closely with FF & CHA for material clearance
- Goods Receipt, Invoice Receipts. Invoice verification.
- Confirming checklist to arrange for Custom Duty.
- Monitoring the inventory according to the classes (ABC) of the material
- Monitoring the inventory days and Inventory turn days according to the organization standard.
- Coordinating with QA for quality related issues.
- Preparing and monitoring monthly Vendor rating.
- Analysis on Fast moving, non-moving, slow moving materials
- Flash reports, MIS report & liquidation plan monthly and DSR report frequently.
