Job Description:
1) Confirmation of checklist with proposal group after receiving execution file and distribution of relevant copies to concerned supporting departments.
2) Identification of milestone through Project Schedule (MS Project) in line with the project completion date.
3) Organize internal kick-off meeting within a time frame of one week from force meeting at regular interval as decided in kick-off meeting.
4) Preparation & Updating of Material Status report, engineering status decided during the kick off meeting.
5) Prepare schedule of indent and procurement plan to meet project completion date. Prepare indents in line with the schedule of material requirements at site.
6) Preparation of dispatch plan, submission of drawings/ documents to client / consultant for approval and organize meeting with client consultant for speedy approval of those documents
7) Preparation of invoicing plan / cash flow for the project and timely collection of payment to maintain the same.
8) To monitor and maintain statement of RMC as projected after completion of P&ID and Layout.
9) Prepare erection & commissioning schedule and manpower planning for site management.
10) To maintain a critical file for contractual letters, MOM, delay analysis report, extra claim to maintain proper record for extra work carried out by site contractors with records,
11) Monthly project photos.
12) Inspect/verify material deliveries at site
13) Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems
14) Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.
15) Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
16) Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
17) Maintains project data base by writing computer programs; entering and backing up data.
