Job Description :

  • Ongoing quality focus within the company which is continually striving to improve the products and services we offer to our customers. 
  •   Responsibility for the development, improvement, implement and maintenance of effective quality systems and procedures relating to product quality.
  • Responsible for conducting process audit at defined interval to maintain controls.
  • Responsible for taking suitable permanent solutions for the customer complaints and work closely with cross functional teams to resolve the issue.
  • Ability to Develop and implement Pre delivery Inspection process and train others. As well conduct Pre-Delivery Inspection of machines.
  • Support NPPD within the factory from design review stage through to prototype build.  Be actively involved in every stage of the process to help guarantee its success.
  • Have the ability to use statistical methods to fault find & support solutions to technical issues, including but not limited to use of control plans and standard operating procedures
  • Involve in Daily Rejection review process in order to reduce line rejection due to supplier and raising NCR (Non-Conformance Report) for the rejections.
