Designation: Engineer – Quality Assurance
Educational Qualifications: B.E.Mechanical / Auto
Role : Permanent
Year of Experience: 3 – 4 Years
Job Location: Chennai TN
- Ensure the process /Procedures needed to follow and maintain Quality management system requirements. Maintain Quality documents and Records as per the system.
- Ensure Internal quality audits corrective actions are implemented timely and effective.
- Conduct in-process Inspection to achieve Quality performance Indicators/targets. (Minimise rejections).
- Daily communication to superiors about the No Good components.
- Create awareness of customer requirements throughout the shop floor following quality plan/ Quality control process spec sheet.
- Identify and raise the rejection note on non conforming material.
- Move the No good material to NCC area to eliminate the mixup with Good material.
- Ensure Calibrated Inspection measuring and Test equipment’s are used and calibrate the IMTE periodically in co-ordination with Standards room People.
- Conducting product audit and process audit as per the given annual Plan.

Associate Executive- Plant Quality
5 – 7 Years Exp
1) Quality system development for all process stages covering final assembly line.
2)Implementation of quality plan for bicycles meeting export standards.
3)Co-ordinate Design/sourcing/suppliers/Manufacturing Teams for implementing Quality improvements.
4)Training of manufacturing Team on Quality standards.
5)Corrective actions of Quality issues in supplies/In-process/customer complaints.
6)Inspection/Testing/validation of parts, sub-assemblies &finished products as per specifications &standards.
7)Data capturing & preservation of quality records of quality inspection and identifications+ traceability record maintenance of bicycles from packing ill reaching the customer.
8)Preservation of customer approved master samples.
9) In – process inspection of complete built bicycles @ regular intervals & customer inspection.

1) Meeting export requirements in overall product quality (Bicycles)
2)Bicycle assembly line quality.
3)Trouble shooting assembly line issue.
