Job Description :
• Promote and build a proactive Quality culture, talk about how important Quality is, and get the whole organisation involved.
• Work with Unit management to make sure that customer and KONE requirements are known and met.
• Set local quality goals that are the same as global goals.
• Look at feedback from customers and the field, as well as gather and look at other relevant data, to find ways to improve the processes in the full chain.
• Communicate with functional and operational leaders and teams globally and locally (e.g., in the area, full chain quality management, R&D, production, sourcing, installation, maintenance, service, marketing, engineering, IT) to develop and carry out projects for continuous quality improvement.
• Drive the progress of continuous improvement projects, corrective and preventive actions that are being tracked by the organization, and keep an eye on how well they are working. Give direction and help where needed.
• Make sure that Quality-related financial losses keep getting smaller and smaller.
