Renault Nissan Technology & Business Centre India (RNTBCI) is a captive automotive technology and business centre supporting Renault & Nissan globally. Designation: Assistant Manager, Internal Control
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the internal control and 2 years’ experience in fraud auditing
- Experience in hire purchase, leasing, Banking/Finance business is a plus
- Business acumen, solid knowledge of key hire purchase, auto leasing, banking/finance
- Multi-task, strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, people management, influencing and persuasion skills
- Excellent command of English both spoken and written with computer literacy
- Excellent documentation and IT skills

Job Description :
- Plan and conduct control self-assessment in the operation department.
- Perform checking to verify that control self-assessment answers are accurate based on the information provided by each department.
- Collect evidence of the issue from various sources to support the report.
- Request business units to provide evidence to verify the cause of the problem in the even that issue is found.
- Identify control in place to mitigate identified risks and promote compliance to internal policies and identifies control gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Follow up control self-assessment findings and corrective action form responsible persons of each department in the event that issue is found.
- Prepare timely audit reports for executive management and global internal audit office (A2X)
- Support internal auditor team (A2X) for annual internal audit activity and follow up support evidences to close the audit finding issues.
- Coordinate work with business function, legal, compliance and other control-related activities and with others within internal audit function globally.
