Job Description :
In this Position candidate should have Knowledge / Min Experience in Safety Engineering Department. Also should have educational qualification as per requirement. As well as Candidate should meet the company Expectation
- Lead the team of Designers to Design & develop the parts using Renault design standards, must have good command over CATIA (Surface, Solid & Drafting)
- Experience in Airbag Components
- Layout/ Packaging & Regulation study and to review & Approve
- Ensures technical convergence in the Digital/ Math data and to review & Approve from IC or Metier side
- Digital Performance evaluation check during digital phase by checking Interference/ Contact/ Clearance between Interface
- BOM creation & Data storage in NPDM and to review & Approve
- Creation of Capitalisation drawing and 2D drafting of Assembly and components.
- Validate & give direction for the dedicated product/ process constraints during the design reviews (Geometry, Process, Packaging, etc)
- Ensure On Time Delivery and FTR (FTR-Applicable for Task based activities) thereby meeting KPI objectives.
- Lead in knowledge building process to continuously improve the standards and CAD methodology.
