Lead a Team to ensure Overall Dealer Parts Satisfaction by ensuring close monitor of Dealer Parts Orders & timely redressal of Dealer Parts queries /complaints by a close liaison with Warehouse, Procurement and Transporter to ensure timely delivery of Parts and improve End Customer Satisfaction.
