Technical Customer Complaint Resolution in 2 hours
Ensuring Customer Complaint to be maintained at less than 2 per 1000 Job Cards
Assisting the dealer on technical diagnosis and troubleshooting
Ability to communicate with various functions and arrange the required support
Analyze the root cause of the complaint and take corrective action
Prepare an action plan and review the regional team frequently on customer complaints
Regular discussion with low performing dealers to improve process adherence
Arranging training sessions to improve the skill and knowledge of service consultants and technicians
Bachelors / Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
The incumbent will work to translate the needs of Product Management into robust and easily manufacturable designs that can be procured by the Procurement team. You will work on a wide array of products and manufacturing processes. Your role will involve working with cross-functional teams in Industrial Design, Product Development, Quality, Procurement, Sales & Marketing.
Design systems and components for new and updated GMA accessory projects, considering function, cost, manufacture, assembly and quality
Produce good quality 3D Computer-aided design (CAD) models using CREO software
Produce good quality 2D engineering drawings, in compliance to The American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Y14.5-2009 and Royal Enfield standards, including the correct application of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Follow and help maintain design, operational and quality procedures
Produce supporting documentation for designs, as required, such as Tolerance Stacks, Bolted Joint Calculations, Tooling Access and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) considerations
Liaise with internal departments such as, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Quality and Assembly, as well as with external departments such as Product Development, Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) and Test Teams
Liaise with outside suppliers
Design components and systems to comply with regulatory requirements where needed
Have a good understanding of the application of regulatory requirements for motorcycles
Dealer Marketing Manager – Royal Enfield North America (RENA)
The Dealer Marketing Manager will be responsible for co-developing and executing strategic dealer marketing activation plans for RENA with an objective of achieving the revenue, profitability targets and driving brand-led growth. You will plan with the regional sales managers and marketing team to drive the execution of online, offline, experiential, and direct dealer marketing interventions for achieving the targeted increase in brand reach, business funnel conversions and establishing the brand in the region. You will also continuously measure and analyze the impact of your efforts so as to continuously improve the marketing efficiencies and effectiveness.
Develop the annual dealer marketing plan for RENA while keeping in view the target customer segments [existing and prospects], marketing budget and overall business plan that will be cascaded by Marketing Americas.
Design dealer direct marketing programs and campaigns while keeping in view the demographics, preferences, purchasing behavior, styles etc. of the target customer segments and leverage analytics/ CRM to drive call-to-action
Focus on delivering the below the line and direct/experiential engagement activation plans.
Support the Lead – Marketing Americas in defining channel strategy for all campaigns and obtain necessary inputs and sign-offs from various stakeholders in order to launch/run the campaigns
Launch the targeted marketing programs as per the calendar and ensure smooth execution in order to expand the reach, increase the funnel size, increase conversion and maximize the return on our marketing Investments.
Manage and report the metrics for business and consumer metrics (covered lower below) targeted against each planned activation on an on-going basis in line with the organizational framework of impact measurement and reporting.
Create the briefs for various dealer marketing initiatives/ campaigns and work with different teams internally and externally (agencies) to develop impactful content.
Manage daily/weekly agency meetings and provide reports on them to the team.
Work with dealers for planning dealer led events, press launches and ensure adherence to brand guidelines
Establish a process for tracking and monitoring campaign milestones in order to provide pre and post campaign reporting analysis and recommend next steps
Support new product launches and new business initiatives, wherever required, by co-designing with Lead – Marketing Americas, executing campaigns and marketing events
Public Relations – Europe and Middle East Africa (EMEA)
The PR Lead of EMEA will be responsible for spearheading Public Relations for the brand in the region, creating PR strategy and initiating / sustaining the PR mandate in these markets. You will be working closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders that includes: media, influencers, motorcycling community, senior executives, business teams, dealer/ distributor partners in the market, through the support of local PR agencies in each market, to be able to execute strategic corporate projects and announcements.
You are expected to build aspiration and advocacy for the brand through effective and credible engagement strategy and messaging architecture. You are required to ensure the work done by the business PR teams is in line with the brand’s overall philosophy. As word of mouth is a key tool for building the brand at Royal Enfield, it will involve further strengthening the brand image, positioning and recall, through relevant strategy.
Create and drive the communications, influencer engagement and messaging strategy for Royal Enfield across markets and stakeholder groups to create positive brand perception in conjunction with the market teams
Develop a comprehensive framework including metrics for tracking, reporting and evaluating PR effectiveness at Royal Enfield and ensure it is cascaded across markets.
Deliver on tentpole events and activities in the markets and in Head Quarters – India that involves international media and influencers, working very closely with India PR lead and central PR lead.
Create a crisis communication framework to foresee and prepare for any crisis that may emerge thereby preparing the organization to respond to any situation in a better way; minimize negative exposure to the brand through effective communication by engaging with target stakeholders (customers, influencer groups, press etc.)
Support brand/corporate reputation through strategic communications and effective issues management
Proactively identify and pitch stories in social media that showcase Royal Enfield culture and business
