Job Description :
- Handling daily assembly quality issues & take corrective action to avoid recurrence.
- Process Capability study & improvements to be taken.
- Maintaining standard practises in process to ensure the Quality.
- Maintaining the measuring instruments & calibrations cycles.
- Components checking at Assembly shop & Final dispatch stage.
- Prepare Audit plan, control plan, Process Rejection & rework report, Follow & closing of CAPA.
- SPC to be established & to be adhere.
- Field returns to be analysed for root cause & corrective action be implemented, monitored for effectiveness.
- Internal rejections & Reworks to be analysed for reduction.
- Special process (Painting) Validation.
- Frequent supplier visits to ensure the quality of components
