Job Description :
- Understand verbal instructions regarding assembly procedures and safety procedures and policies
- Demonstrate a history of good attendance and work habits
- Basic mathematical skills and exposure to factory line assembly environment
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 26 pounds. (If the employee is to lift an item in excess of 26 pounds, he/she shall get assistance.)
- Schneider Electric experience preferred
- Site training for all associates on COVID-19 preventive measures
- Enforced social distancing of 6’ at all times
- Daily health screening for all associates – temperature checks
- Masks are required and provided daily to all facility entrants
- Disposable gloves provided for all associates
- Physical barriers for break room tables (pictured)
- Staggered shift start times to reduce building occupancy
- Restricted access to the facility – only business critical entrants
- Enhanced cleaning for common areas / high contact surfaces
- Pre-shift cleaning of equipment using EPA COVID-19 disinfectants
- Daily audit completed by management to ensure measures followed
