  1. Shift manpower handling & manpower allocation for Planned Maintenance activities.
  2. Maintenance shift activities follow up and handling of break down.
  3. Work allocation to subordinates and monitoring their activities.
  4. Monitoring of maintenance spares and inventories.
  5. Spares indent follow-up / interaction with Purchase Team.
  6. Utility operation and its Consumption monitoring.
  7. AMC activity follow up and monitoring.
  8. Preventive Maintenance (TBM) Planning & execution.
  9. Red Tag completion activities.
  10. Kaizen implementation activities.
  11. Predictive Maintenance (CBM) activity planning & execution.
  12. Prepare the analysis report for all breakdowns.
  13. Involvement in TPM activities.
  14. IATF, EMS & OHSAS system compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Submitting the Invoices along with the RM Trend to customer (HMIL) to get the price revision in the settled price of Raw materials in FG parts.

2. New project Investment with regarding to the Tools / Jigs & Fixtures / Machines with maximum Cost attainability from Customer (HMIL).

3. Pricing and zero based cost working for after Sales customer (Mobis).

4. OE Price revision working for after sales customer.

5. Costing work support by providing the required documents / invested documents and BOM Verification, Material Rate, Machine depreciation.

6. Quotation working for sample request.

7. Customer pending activities follow up.

8. Immediate response to fulfil the customer requirements.

9. TPM Activities.

10. Supporting Stores and dispatch activities.

11. Department Documentation and pupation.


1. PO Creation based on indent approval request
2. Coordinating with supplier for RFQ and negotiating the price.
3. PO & indent approval follow up with HO purchase team
4. Coordinating with NPD & HO team for new project activities for new parts developing and PO Creation.
5. Quote collecting & sending to HO for new product development
6. Coordinating with finance team for supplier payment.
7. Updation of department documents like Indent and PO approval details
8. Update weekly & monthly purchase report to HO
9. Supporting & prepare of documents for all audit.
10. Coordination with stores team for closing pending MRN.
11. Supplier selection and monitoring their performance
12. Handling logistics management.
13. Responsible for building supplier relationship to ensure on time delivery.
14. Vendor code & item code creation in ERP.
