Position : Management Trainee
The job profile is into Commercial Vehicle Finance and dealing with customers for Finance , which includes Proper financing, vehicle evaluation, regular visit to customer, Collections & recovery etc.
- Promising career in the field of commercial vehicle finance division
- Identification of right Customers, Customers’ interaction, servicing & relationship building
- Establishing New Business Networks & achieving desired goals
- Learn entire Gamut of Business activities of Branches / Regional Offices / Zonal Offices.
Job Location : Across Tamil Nadu.
Eligibility Criteria :
- First Class B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical & Automobile) or Full time MBA (All Streams) 2020/2021/2022 passed out
- Male candidates only
- Age below 25 years (i.e., born on or after 01/01/1997)
Compensation :
- Selected Candidates will be paid CTC of Rs. 2.53 to 2.90 lakhs per annum during one year Training & Probation.
- After Successful Completion of one year Training & Probation , MTs will be confirmed as Assistant Manager or Equivalent Managerial Positions.
- After Confirmation salary will be paid CTC of Rs. 3.8 to 4.2 lakhs per annum.
