We are searching for a self-motivated senior mechanical engineer with a proven record of excellent project delivery to lead a number of company projects. Production Engineer – Mechanical
We are searching for a reliable, innovative production engineer to oversee manufacturing processes at our company. You will join our growing team of professionals and be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring health and safety codes are followed, training workers in the responsible use of machinery, identifying problems in the production line, troubleshooting equipment, and completing various administrative tasks.
Production Engineer Responsibilities:
- Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
- Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required.
- Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.
- Establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers’ well-being into account, and that also minimize the carbon footprint.
- Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.
- Drawing up production schedules and budgets for projects.
- Scheduling meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders.
- Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.

- BE Mech/DME

QC Engineer – Mechanical
The Senior Quality Control Engineer will ensure that products are designed, built, and produced in accordance with customer specifications and quality requirements.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
· May assist with hiring quality control engineers.
· Mentors and trains junior quality control engineers on policies and procedures.
· May assist with performance evaluations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Facilitates planning and development of quality control systems for specified products or processes.
· Collaborates with representatives from various functional groups assigned to the product or program including but not limited to design engineering, purchasing, production, manufacturing engineering, and inspection staff.
· Collaborates with teams of engineers and product specialists to ensure customer and division quality requirements are met.
· Reviews design, manufacturing, and testing documentation.
· Coordinates and performs inspections of raw materials and finished products, applying appropriate quality assurance testing models.
· Identifies the root cause of quality problems, and coordinates modifications or other corrective actions.
· Offers technical guidance and support in response to quality testing and analysis.
· Ensures contract compliance by reviewing and approving quality requirements for supplier purchase orders, manufacturing, and other related services.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Thorough understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering.
· Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn the company’s quality control system.
