Job Description :
- On time delivery of facilities for productionizing new products in the various TAFE plants.
- Drive synergy with CFT – R&D, Quality, Production, Planning for desired facilities with productivity, quality and delivery requirements
- Understand current assembly, testing process and process control documents.
- Study the product in 3D through solid works, Creo and Windchill- PLM ,SAP- ERP systems with EBOM and MBOM.
- Planning of assembly process sequence, process equipment, fixture, storage, kitting and feeding facilities.
- Knowledge in machine and fixture design and good in MSA, GD&T, drawing study for assy and testing of assembly process
- Preparation of RFQ for assy facilities, getting proposals, manufacturing and trials and installation and commissioning.
- Knowledge on manufacturing systems engineering, PFMEA, DFA, Six Sigma, SPC, Poka Yoke and Lean manufacturing systems.
