Job Description :
Analyze field data on a regular basis and publish different Warranty performance metrics
Find strategic projects to improve the current product’s reliability by looking at data from the field and putting a number on it.
Help set reliability goals for new products and assign them down to the level of systems and parts
Give the right information to make a good Reliability Test Plan for new products.
Work with the quality team from the supplier to drive the Reliability Demonstration for bought-out parts.
Work with teams from different departments to figure out the system-level requirements, field usage conditions, and risks associated with developing a new product.
