Plant Control Activities 

  1. Coordination for maintenance and upkeep of the plant
  2. Resolution of plant related day-to-day issues along with respective departments
  3. Ensuring confidentiality of R&D Centre (Test Vehicles and facilities)
  4. Government & External Affairs – Regular liaising with district government authorities along with respective departments
  5. Plant related Legal Compliances: Applicable to MSIL and Suppliers, central coordination, trainings and compliance along with respective departments

Central Government as equivalent to above.
B. Category – II Technician (Diploma) Apprentices:-
A Diploma in Engineering or technology (Full time) granted by a State Council or Board
of Technical Education established by a State Government in relevant discipline.
A Diploma in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by a University in relevant
discipline.
A Diploma in Engineering and Technology granted by an Institution recognised by the
State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above.

TAMILNADU WATER SUPPLY AND DRAINAGE BOARD [Govt. of Tamil Nadu] invites Online application from eligible Graduate/Diploma holders in Engineering (passed during September ‘2019, 2020 & 2021), hailing from Tamilnadu, for undergoing one year Apprenticeship training under the Apprenticeship (Amendment) Act 1973.

SELECTION PROCEDURE:
Board of Apprenticeship Training (SR) is entrusted to the task of preparing shortlisted
candidates list from online application data.

Shortlisting of candidates will be done based on the CGPA / Percentage of marks obtained in the basic prescribed qualification as applicable to the respective disciplines.

Shortlisted candidates shall be intimated through their registered Email id to appear for Certificate Verification at TWAD Board, Chennai.

IMPORTANT DATES:

  1. Online Application starting date 25.05.2022
  2. Last date for enrolling in NATS portal 05.06.2022
