Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

  • Understanding the Project Requirements
  • Ensuring Safety Throughout during designing, planning, construction, commissioning and operations
  • Developing a Project Plans
  • Developing Floor Plans and Layouts
  • Equipment Design, Selection, Sourcing & / or Fabrication
  • Developing and implementing Schemes related to Utilities
  • Resource Management
  • Carry out feasibility studies of the new projects, de-bottlenecking plans, modifications and expansion of existing plants. 
  • Preparation of project implementation schedule.
  • Preparation of PFDs, PIDs, layout plans and detailed engineering prepared in-house or through external agencies.
  • Preparation of specifications, identifying suppliers, contractors, placing orders and executing the same.
  • Conduct performance tests and handover the project to operations team.
  • Coordinating with other internal departments like finance, procurement, safety, electrical, instrument, construction etc for execution of projects.
  • Manage projects from concept to commissioning.
  • Preparing Project Dossier

  • Strong managerial, Analytical & planning skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal skill
  • Good planning skill
  • Good command over MS office & MS Projects
  • Proven ability to delicately solve sensitive matters.
  • Core technical competencies required for the role
Qualifications and Education Requirements           :      BE – Mechanical having experience in execution of projects preferably in process industry / EPC Company.                minimum experience                                                                              :      3 – 8 years

Assistant Manager – Electricals

Role and Responsibilities :   
To familiar with Electrical Standards and work with Engg Consultant/ suppliers for developing electrical systems and documents.
To discuss, review and approve electrical lay out drawings, specs, SLD and electrical systems.
To plan, order equipment and execute project to complete project on time by coordinating with Engg and service providers.
Should be familiar with erection procedures of equipments.
Should develop pre commissioning protocols and test electrical installations as per procedures/protocols by working with Engg/ suppliers/service providers.
To develop and keep good documentation for day to day operations and maintenance work.
To ensure availability of equipment/items by coordinating with suppliers for timely execution.
Organize and coordinate safety jobs.
Monitoring progress of jobs     
Preparing, checking and parameter reports after job completion as per ISO procedures and formats.
Filling of ISO, OHSAS, 9001, 14001 formats
Preferred Skills:   
SAP Knowledge   
Knowledge of ESP and Variable speed drives.
Statutory laws related to electrical.
Knowledge for project finance.
Working knowledge of DCS operation.
Knowledge of rotating equipment
Knowledge of IS Codes
Qualifications and educational requirements:  B.E Electrical Engg.
Experience:  3-7 Years
