Job Description :
Building project timelines and maintaining daily progress report.
Close coordination between customer’s design team and vendor partners for QAP, design and prototype approval.
Coordination with manufacturing partner, supply chain for bought out items and customer to execute the projects within timeline and as per specifications
Identification of bottlenecks and solving on-site issues to maintain strict adherence to project timelines.
Co-ordination with vendors/ partners for dispatch and delivery of finished goods
Inventory and document management of materials dispatched by vendors/ partners.
Stock entry of materials at Railway stores for carrying out furnishing activity at site.
Co-ordination with Engineering team and Installation team to ensure quick and smooth fitment of furnishing projects (both Mechanical and Electrical)
Understanding of Railway Purchase Order requirements and managing pre-furnishing activities, like Prototype clearance, QAP approval, Inspection clause, etc
