Educational Qualifications:
Position Sheet Metal (Press tool) die design Engineer/Sr. Engineer Design
Experience 2 to 7 yrs
Skills Catia V5/UG NX
Job Location Pune/Chennai
Role : Permanent
Salary Details : As per the Company Standard
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Sheet Metal (Press tool) Die designer for 3D & 2D die designs for Automotive BIW & Structural parts.
- 2-7 experience in 3D die design using Catia V5 or UGNX
- Should be proficient with Catia V5 Solid & surface modelling. ( UG NX will be OK for exceptional candidates)
- Should be able to make detail & assembly drawings as per customer standards.
- Should understand part drawings, GD&T, operation sequences & methods plans.
- Should be familiar with dies for Tandem, transfer & progressive press lines.
- Should design independently manual press line dies with casting and fabrication structure.
- NTTF, CITD, IGTR diploma candidates are preferred. Mainly Diploma holders preferred.
- Good Communication skills
