Education Qualification : B.E / DEE

Position Responsibilities:
- Manage maintenance activities of Machining Shop.
- Sound Knowledge on Siemens CNC 840 Dsl / S7 PLC / VFD’s / Siemens Profibus /Profinet /RFID system- Control Systems,,ABB Robots, Atlas Copco nut runner, Gantry systems etc.
- Should have maintenance experience handling different Special purpose machines (Grinding / DC nut runners / Leak testing machines ).
- Candidate having experience in engine machining and having experience on HMC,MAG machines,gantry,ABB robots, Landis grinding,Heganshedit,Marposs,JWF will be preferred.
Product Analyst
Basic Qualification:
- Engineering Graduate – Mechanical / Automobile / ECE / EEE / Industrial Eng. / Production Eng.
- Experience in Parts releasing , Part Analysis , Parts Authoring, Parts Cataloging, BOM Validation, Dealership & Aftermarket Part Business.
- Experience in Direct OE Parts Supplier from Auto Industry.
- 2 – 5 Years of Experience (SG 4/5 grade)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide timely resolution to Ford & Lincoln Dealers, Global Ford affiliates, and Internal Customers inquiries regarding issues related to commodities within your sections of the catalog.
- Release and catalog service parts in support of inquiry resolution globally for all North American lead engineered vehicle lines
- Analyze WERS, PCII, 2D Technical drawings, CAD data, Bill of Material, Product Letters, Marketing information, & other reference data and material to determine the appropriate service part levels required for vehicle repair
- Analyze current and past model engineering changes to determine service interchangeability between engineered parts
- Support service part needs with PD, SEO, and ASR activities to address level of service concerns and to ensure service requirements are corrected
- Provide Program Management and Parts Analysis support for new current and past model service parts availability with the goal of achieving 98% parts available at model launch (OK to Buy)
Model E Pricing Analyst
QUALIFICATIONS
- Implement & maintain approved prices in Invoicing system so that dealer can generate the invoice
- Take responsibility to ensure timely and accurate generation of Intercompany & Dealer Invoices for vehicles sold & sourced in North America & Europe.
- Develop pricing logics by referring to input documents and perform quality checks by verifying sample pro-forma invoices to ensure quality output.
- Report & notify the issues to the appropriate team on a timely manner
- Trouble shoot issues about logics, prices by working with upstream team
