Over the years, Sundaram Motors has added dealerships for distribution and service of vehicles manufactured by Volkswagen , Honda, Mercedez-Benz and Chevrolet.

Understand Product top VPS issues in field / Generate PPFR / Demonstrate / Prove to Back end team
ECR Management ( Imapct Analysis on Interchangeability / Side effects / Child Parts / Kit requirements / Field vaildation)
Monitor the effectiveness of the Product Actions through MIS (Data Analysis)
Validate QIB adequacy.
Drive implementation of specific product actions in field for VPS Improvement
Provide support to field for resolving critical product Problems (Guiding / Sending Modified Parts / App development, Audits)
