Good engineering fundamentals – Strength of materials, Applied mechanics, Finite element methods, Weld strength and fatigue
Proficient in Linear and Non-linear static analysis, Modal, Harmonic and PSD response simulation of components and assemblies
Perform duty cycle based fatigue simulation on chassis and BIW structure
Design optimization and propose design changes based on FEA analysis, manufacturing and packaging constrains
Establishing Correlation between Test Results and Simulation
Ensuring 100% Quality & On-Time Delivery
Optimization based for weight and cost reduction
Develop methods to capture new failure modes and improve predictions for existing failure modes
Hands on experience with HyperMesh, HyperView, Nastran / Optistruct, FEMFAT / Hyperlife / n-code
1. Independently handle delivery of 3-Wheeler Chassis / BIW durability simulations.
2. Interact with design leads to understand the project scope, resource allocation, work prioritization and on-time project delivery.
3. 3-Wheeler durability simulation roadmap preparation and simulation capability building ownership
