Job Description :
1. Preparation of Procurement Plan for Raw Materials in coordination with Production and Management
2. Taking offers from Vendors and getting Management approval for Purchase
3. Placing Purchase Orders and follow up with Vendors for timely supply and logistics
4. Close coordination with Production, Stores and Inventory Management.
5. Coordination with Outsourced Service Providers for Compound Mixing.
6. Documentation work for Job Work (Mixing), and coordination with Mixing company
7. Support in factory related Maintenance Items purchase & follow-up
8. Coordination on Mould related repair, fabrication and follow-up
9. Factory Consumables, Health & Safety Items purchase
