Job Description :
Understand the business questions and define the key metrics
o Calculate Reliability indicators by combining data from multiple data sources and visualize
results in clear plots
o Validate the calculations and findings for their closeness to reality
Identify key field issue occurring out of Warranty
o Refer to the internet forums, blogs, ecommerce platforms and service videos and understand
field issues
o Create a database of key issues by competitor, country and model year etc.
o Communicate the findings to the management in a clear and concise way
