| Within the GISOCC (Group IS Operation Center Chennai) and in accordance with the R&D you will be responsible to provide PLM functional support to PTS Business group + involved on functional/Manual testing for each New Release of PLM version. The service will include functional test case execution / validation and report generation. The scope will be PLM tool : Enovia V6,CATIA,CADENCE,JIRA |
| Responsibilities |
| Supporting Global PLM users on their PLM related Queries, Issues & requests. Coordination with Global PLM Key users periodically. Understand the business needs of PLM user & raising evolution to Business GroupCommunicate the PLM functional issues with PG ManagerAbility to report test results with a clear description of the performed actions Perform the functional tests based on users & Business group requirements in Enovia PLMValidating the new Enovia PLM version during Migration before Go live. Manage Issue escalations – Between Sites, Management & PLM SCPreparation of training documents / Leaflet / Movie files to share with end users. Provide training to Users in specific functions of PLM based on requests. |
