Job Description :
As a Vendor Maintenance Coordinator, you are responsible for the integrity and maintenance of the Vendor Management Information System. You manage effective relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders, including onboarding to Bradken, and provide timely response and resolution of inquiries.
You have high attention to detail to ensure the identification and resolution of any inconsistencies with procurement internally and externally. You have excellent communication skills and assist as required with supplying responses to external and internal audits on vendor maintenance processes and/or records.
You are an accurate person and responsible for data entry, maintaining the vendor records, reviewing vendors globally, and processing uploads according to the standards. You maintain the current filing system, follow the workflows and processes for ease of audit compliance.
You can work independently as well as within a team and support the global team wherever required with your knowledge, inputs, and decisions in a timely manner.
You follow policies and procedures by driving standardization across vendor maintenance processes. You ensure timely reviews of spend, registration of vendor applications, review of purchasing/ invoice processes, verify registrations and make recommendations for ongoing improvements in line with Bradken’s policies[RD1]

- Proficient to advanced MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Experience in Vendor Management and Procurement Business Processes
