Job Description :
1) Production planning for the month, maintaining relevant records to monitor plan vs actuals
2) Meeting up with either production value or number as planned
3)Conduct daily Gamba meeting.
4) Highlighting the production loss to the team with right findings.
5)Coordinating and supporting the production team with all relevant tooling’s and consumables.
6) Weekly and daily dispatch plan
7) Follow up works such as Raw material, subcontractors and others.
8) Coordinating with customer to meetup their schedule.
9) Responsibility doesn’t limit to the above.
Desired Candidate Profile
1)Should be a team player with right attitude to meet up the quality objective as derived by the management.
2)Basic knowledge of handling checking instruments such Vernier caliper, Micrometer and height gauge.
3) Basic understanding for physics and good theoretical knowledge of statistics and math’s
4) Self disciplined person, adhering to company systems and procedures.

As an Integration & Testing Engineer, you will lead the efforts of field testing of Asteria’s Unmanned Aerial System products & will provide all system support. Your role & responsibilities will be integration, testing, and validation of all R&D/new product development. Your other role will be to develop flight test plans, prepare remotely controlled aircraft for flight, conduct flight tests of the aircraft as the test pilot, and support other field-testing efforts as required. You will also lead flight activities for client demonstrations. You will work closely with other product development engineers on the team to take Asteria’s products through field tests and client demonstrations.
Specific Responsibilities
- Integration, testing, and validation for R&D/new product development.
- Manage development & production flight test operations with emphasis on safety & quality control.
