Job Description :
Evaluate and recommend new equipment, technologies, and tools to enhance productivity and quality.
Train production staff on new processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
Monitor and manage production costs, including labor, materials, and overhead, to achieve cost reduction targets while maintaining product quality.
Conduct regular analysis of production data, including cycle times, scrap rates, and equipment performance, to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with maintenance and technical teams to resolve equipment malfunctions or process deviations.
Perform root cause analysis on production failures and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
