Job Description : <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shall have experience in Planning warehouses and distribution centre\u2019s for efficiency in both operations and capacity and transportation activities.  This includes storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary. Ability to transfer same skill to undergraduate, graduate, and post graduate students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Good understanding of \u201cDo It Safe, Do It Right the First Time\u201d with actions and words at level of logistics operation. (Like OSHA)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Good knowledge of hazardous waste storage areas, hazardous waste documentation, equipment, and procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Understanding and follows proper spills and emergency clean-up procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Good understanding hazardous waste shipments, including proper labelling of all hazardous waste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Good understanding shipping and receiving documentation both international and domestic operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proven record processing shipments in accordance with DOT regulations and hazardous material labelling requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Data analysis and data visualization abilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Understanding of the supply chain including common obstacles and effective solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time-constrained environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
