Main responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

• Make sure KPI targets are met on Daily, Weekly, Monthly and report.<\/li>
• Implement Kaizen on the shop floor.<\/li>
• React in case of a problem through QRQC.<\/li>
• Drive improvement ideas generation and implementation.<\/li>
• Managing line speed & ensuring the shift output simultaneously responsible for own productivity.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

  People Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  •  Leading by example in terms of rigor and discipline.<\/li>
  • Plan the day before people allocation for the next day, plan also on a weekly basis.<\/li>
  • Training of operators inline with requirements of SIOP\/MPS.<\/li>
  • Identifying the constraints in extracting the output & taking corrective measures.<\/li>
  • Ensure discipline and rigor (work wear, break times, working hours\u2026).<\/li>
  • Ensure the adherence of safety instructions, policies and procedures.<\/li>
  • Ensure proper induction of new operators on the line (OJT).<\/li>
  • Deploy People as per skill matrix (Polyvalence).<\/li>
  • Ensure proper flow of information to and from the team (Top 5 communication).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Health, Safety and Environmental working condition:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Responsible for immediate stopping of a line in case of safety risks.<\/li>
    • Ensure full adherence of HSE rules and regulations.<\/li>
    • Drive improvement of working conditions and ergonomic.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Teamwork:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Arrive before start of shift in order to ensure transfer of all information from the supervisor of previous shift.<\/li>
      • Participate with supervisory colleagues to improvement of performance.<\/li>
      • Participate in team meetings and report line performance, successes and issues as well as action initiated.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

applications support expenditures.<\/li> Working with the Process Engineers and Quality Manager; reviews and monitors quality and process improvements and new product development.<\/li> Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions.<\/li> Reviews operations and plans to meet requirements for sales planning and to ascertain engineering requirements to develop new markets.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n Through knowledge of all plant function and understands the technology of processing rubber.<\/li> Demonstrated the ability to quickly learn a new manufacturing process or product line.<\/li> Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principals and techniques for efficient implementation<\/li> Develop relationships, manage
