Engineer
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
- 1-3 years of experience
- Production Engineering with experience in Engineering Change Management, Production Bill of Material creation and handling
- Having exposure in field of Wind turbine manufacturing
Competencies
- BU case handling of Production ECOs
- Knowledge on NPI process in developing and launching a product
- Expert knowledge in end-to-end value chain of ECM and Production BOM handling
- Fluent in English (Oral & Written),Efficient handling of global stake holders
Responsibilities
- Creation and handling of Problem Reports, Change Requests and Change Notices for all Design and Production changes through PDMLink Windchill
- Understand and evaluate the Design changes and Verify the accuracy/completeness of BoM before the production implementation.Conduct/ Participate ECM meetings along with Cross functional teams
- Responsible for Global Material Master attributes enrichment in Windchill PDMLink and SAP
- Collaborate and work closely with implementation factories and implement changes quickly
The work location is in Chennai, India.
