Job Description :
Taking care of all facility and administrative tasks. Doing technical checks daily, weekly, and monthly according to the PPM schedule. Responding to TT calls for corrective maintenance, service, and repair work.
Work with the vendor on systems that are under warranty or AMC.
Reading about energy use and DG maintenance.
Take care of and fix all electrical and mechanical conveyor systems.
Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods and materials.
Relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components like photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tacks, and encoders must be able to be installed, maintained, and fixed.
Working safely and with a focus on the customer to help with production.
Small repairs and upgrades to building finishes, fixtures, fittings, and equipment, as well as fixed furniture and OPS equipment like trolleys, cages, and carts. Regular checks of the fire alarm and fire extinguishers.
